Placement personnel at Mesilla Valley Training Institute will assist each student with the job placement process. Job Placement staff will attempt to guide students in finding the carrier that best suits their personal desires, career ambitions, and lifestyle, staff will assist each student in completing job applications and they will work with students to improve upon their job search and interview skills. The Student Placement Department will notify students about appropriate opportunities as they arise. Trucking company recruiters will be available on campus during the training cycle, to speak with students and graduates about the company they represent and current job opportunities. The goal of our placement assistance program is to provide guidance on the characteristics of each type of company, their reputation, pay structure and benefits.
