Student Complaint Policy

A student enrolled in the program may from time to time have a question or complaint concerning their training and may seek assistance.  The procedure is found in your school catalog under "Grievance Policy".

In the event that the process has not been resolved at the school level unresolved complaints may be directed to:  Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges Section, 101 E. 15th Street, 104T Austin, TX 78778-0001.  Information on filing a complaint with TWC can be found on TWC's Career Schools and Colleges Website at http://csc.twc.state.tx.us.
